Make your way into our festive experience, look out for sweet treats and decorations along the way and discover our gingerbread house before visiting Father Christmas in his grotto.
Children will have the chance to meet Santa, tell him what they’re hoping for this Christmas and receive a special gift to take home.
There’ll be plenty of festive touches and photo opportunities, making it a lovely Christmas day out for the whole family.

Book your visit and join us for Christmas 2026.
We’ve changed the format of our Santa’s Grotto this year to give families more flexibility when planning your visit.
Rather than booking a specific time to see Santa, you’ll now book an arrival window. You can arrive at any point during your chosen window and make your way through the experience to visit Santa.
This means there’s no need to rush to make an exact appointment time, giving you a little more flexibility around your journey, parking and arrival.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your booked session. Unfortunately, if you arrive after your allocated time or are unable to attend your booking, we are unable to offer a refund.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the end of your allocated window. This will give you plenty of time to park, make your way to the grotto and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Please remember that roads and car parks can be particularly busy during December, especially at weekends, so we recommend allowing a little extra time for your journey and parking.
