Santa's Christmas Grotto 2025
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
Santa Claus is returning to Newbank Garden Centre this Christmas for storytelling experience. We will make your visit to see Santa and the elf a memorable experience.
You will be greeted by one of Santa’s elves, who will welcome you into Santa’s grotto to take a seat and learn a song. When Santa hears all your beautiful singing, he will arrive to tell the children a magical story. Each child will receive a special present that the elves have wrapped as they leave the grotto.
We hope that we can make this an enjoyable experience for all .
Please read the information below before pre-booking your ticket.
Due to the uncertainty regarding Covid-19, we reserve the right to cancel at short notice in which case a full refund will be given or the option to book in to an alternative session (subject to availability) If legislation changes which means we have to make alterations to the way we operate the Grotto but we are still able to remain open then no refund will be given.
If you are late for your allocated time or cannot make your session, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
- Visitors to see Santa are being asked to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your stated time of your visit to allow staff to process and direct you to the grotto. Traffic on the roads is particularly busy in the evenings at Christmas, so please allow enough time for your journey and parking.
- Anyone arriving late WILL NOT be permitted to enter the grotto. We will try and rebook you on to another session, but tickets are limited so this may not be possible.
- We ask that if any customer attending the grotto has symptoms of coronavirus or someone they have been in contact with has symptoms, that you DO NOT attend the grotto as we are trying our best to keep everyone safe. Please let your relevant branch know and we will let you know what your options are.
We look forward to welcoming you to see Santa and the elf this year.
